Before I head on to bed, I just wanted to wish my fellow team mates on The Federation Guard, "Happy 2nd Year Anniversary" of our team founding. Guys, we have come a long way since our establishment and have accomplish things we never imagine we could. Yeah, we may bitch, moan, and gripe with one another, but we all still stuck together, grew and became a good team. And we will keep getting better as time passes by and will continue to be bless with whatever good things coming our way.
T.E.A.M- Togetherness, Excellence, Admiration, Mentor-(Def of a team: A real team has togetherness no matter what through thick and hard times. That enables the members of its team to excel and achieve its goals. That togetherness in time brings admiration and respect for one another in the team. Everyone learns from one another by mentoring each other, new members, and our young guns.)
