I can't decide if it's good or bad that an H&K emblem will be branded onto paintball markers, select and few as it may be. The industry is all ready under enough scrutiny due to classifications and descriptions in current firearms regulations domestically and internationally that may or may-not incorporate paintball markers into these policies. Hopefully one/both of these companies are using thier resources to monitor and mitigate the potential effects and reactions of this settlement and at least have a rough plan on dealing with the positive and negative outcomes.

Personally, I like the ones that is an HK look alike that is if  they don't jack the price up on the guns now that it sports the HK logo, I'm actually glad this happened.  I just wish it meant they would actually now spend more time making the guns look more like legit HK guns: the TM7 is the only decent looking one.  I guess we will find more from BT.

And Tippmann's A5 isn't a copy of an MP5K? This is just a bunch of crap. I agree with you Ziggy, as cool as H&K is, I'm not sure flying their colors is a good thing for paintball. It is already 'politically incorrect' and what not, many people think we are all war mongers and violent, when it's about strategy, team work and adrenaline rush. Also, I think the BT markers have too many differences to fly the H&K flag, it is a bit unflattering to H&K in my opinion.
