      hello there my fellow paintball comunity. i would like to inform you that i am new to running a team. i've paintballed for 3 years now and my friends longer. me and my friends just got together and decided to make a team...i mean why not. we go to events together and we always paintball with the same 6 people every month. so we decided it would be more fun and more effective to become a team. so since we're new and a team of 9 with a total of 24 years of experienced added together. well i'll be blunt some of our team isn't very good but we're good learners and we could use all the help we can get. we are a fast growing, fast learning team so any advise to help on our way to becoming a fantastic woodsball team, please do share. i would also like to thank red dot paintball for all the help they've provided so far.

 If you want to get better, don't just practice w/ your own team, find some folks that are WAY better than you. Your team will be forced to learn to communicate and work together and become better players. Don't get discouraged, you will likely loose a team member or even a few as you grow, that's just part of it. Just keep focusing on building the team.

ha ha, welcome to the new side of "team management", means you get to do all the paperwork and see to it that everyone is up to par on the games and whatever is available for games.  that and hope to see ya out at realms come game time.  have a good year nate!!!

Good luck to you and your team.  Your team will only become better as they gained experience and good quality members that are willing to contribute to the betterment of your team.  We all got to start somewhere.  And if there is anything I can also do to help however little it may be, please do not hesitate to ask either.  Also, there are a lot of good people here too.  So, you have plenty of people to help you guys out.

Nice....good luck on this adventure and this is the spot to learn. Lot's of folks here have been playing for years and many of them are on teams, both tourney and scenario/woodsball.
